Pricing and billing explained

Your Hikari CS subscription controls which features are available and how many conversations you can handle each month. You can review and change your plan from the billing settings.

Go to Settings > Billing to see your current plan, usage, and payment details.

The page shows:

• Your current subscription plan.
• A Free Plan usage card when you are on the Free plan.
• A Manage billing details card to open the billing portal.
• The plan selector where you can switch plans.

Hikari CS offers three SaaS plans. The latest pricing is always available on our pricing page.

You can change your plan at any time. Click Switch to this plan on the card you want, and the change is applied immediately.

New accounts start with a trial period. During the trial you can use any plan. Once the trial ends, add a payment method to stay on AI Lite or AI Pro. If no payment method is added, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.

Use the Add payment method now button or Open billing portal to manage your payment details, invoices, and subscription.

The Free plan includes a limited number of conversations per month. When you are on the Free plan, the usage is shown in two places:

1. On the Billing page, in the Free Plan usage card.

   

2. At the bottom of the left menu in the Conversations dashboard.

   

The counter shows how many conversations you have used in the current billing period and how many are included in your plan. The count resets at the start of each month.
