Credit card surcharge

Our standard rate per conversation begins at €2.65. However, you might notice a different rate on your final invoice. This variation is likely because you're using a credit card as your payment method. As per our standard terms, there's an additional 2.5% fee for credit card payments.

To avoid this surcharge, you can easily switch your payment method to SEPA direct debit through your customer portal. Once you've made the update, please let us know so we can adjust your billing scheme accordingly.
