Connecting your Shopify stores to Hikari CS lets you pull order and product data into conversations, power AI replies, and enable features like product issue reporting.

You can connect multiple Shopify stores to a single account, and each project can use one or more of those stores.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Settings to open Account settings.

  2. Click Projects.

  3. Select the project you want to connect a store to.

  4. In the project menu, click Integrations > Shopify stores.

  5. Click + Add Shopify store.
